What we collect

Most Likely is a no-account party game. When you create or join a game we store the display name you type, an anonymous session (a cookie identifying your device for the duration of a game), and — if the host sets one — the occasion description for the game.

What we don’t collect

No email, phone number, account, or payment details. We run no analytics or third-party trackers. We don’t sell your data. The only third party we share game content with to generate cards is Anthropic (above); our hosting and database providers process data on our behalf to run the game.

AI-generated cards

Question cards are generated by Anthropic (our AI provider). The host’s chosen themes and occasion text are sent to Anthropic to tailor the deck — never player names or votes. Generated cards and anonymous per-card statistics (how much a card was enjoyed) may be kept after your game is deleted to improve future decks; they are not linked to you or your game.

Retention

Game data (rooms, players, votes, reactions) is ephemeral: a game and everything in it is automatically deleted within a few hours of finishing. Anonymous sessions are cleaned up within about a day.

Age

Most Likely is for players aged 13 and over. The Flirty, Spicy and Filthy intensity levels contain adult humor and are strictly 18+ — the host must confirm that everyone playing is 18 or older before selecting them.
